HTN planner server. Exposes the plan and replan tools, and every bundled priv/plans/{domains,problems}/*.jsonld as a resource.

The planner model is RECTGTN (Relationship-Enabled Capability-Temporal Goal-Task-Network). See docs/rectgtn.md for the acronym, the three task kinds (TwCall, TwGoal, TwMultiGoal), and their golden/rejected JSON-LD shapes.

Download the binary from the latest release.
