PTY sessions for Elixir apps with terminals in their UI.

This 0.0.1 release reserves the name; the library is in development. Sessions own a pseudo-terminal and outlive their transports — spawn a child under a PTY, stream its output to any number of attached clients, detach and reattach without killing it.
