MathCombinations: A helper library with functions of Mathematics Combinations

Installation

1. Add math_combinations to your list of dependencies in mix.exs:

```elixir
def deps do
  [{:math_combinations, "~> 0.1.0"}]
end
```

1. Ensure math_combinations is started before your application:

```elixir
def application do
  [applications: [:math_combinations]]
end
```
