Installation

If available in Hex, the package can be installed as:

1. Add eight_ball_chip to your list of dependencies in mix.exs:

```elixir
def deps do
  [{:eight_ball_chip, "~> 0.1.0"}]
end
```

1. Ensure eight_ball_chip is started before your application:

```elixir
def application do
  [applications: [:eight_ball_chip]]
end
