TODO: waiting for a PR/realse to happen with ExTwilio which will add the messaging_service_sid into the ExTwilio.Messasge struct which will allow us to properly test the results in ``Apus.TwilioAdapterTest`

Installation

If available in Hex, the package can be installed by adding apus to your list of dependencies in mix.exs:

  [
    {:apus, "~> 0.1.0"}
  ]
end
